What happens when you have a disagreement with your colleague, your husband, girlfriend?

Do you consciously keep your heart space open?
Do you automatically close it?

Are you waiting for them to say “sorry”?
Do you retreat in your “huff and puff” attitude” “How dare she?”
Do you shut them out for a few hours, days or sometimes years?

Let me break it to you!

If you want to feel good and keep your heart open
you must give them the benefit of the doubt.
you must decide right then and there that person in front of you is deserving of your respect and appreciation no matter what they say or do that rubs you the wrong way.

To keep your heart space open, stay loving, honest, respectful, and in integrity!

Breathe deeply
Relax your body, in you mind see you heart relaxing
Feel the emotions: anger, resentment, rejection, hurt
These emotions come from your past imprints and perceptions: if when you were a child you were not allowed to disagree and express your opinions you might just feel these.
Tap physically or mentally let them go

 Say in your mind: ” My love for this person is what matters,  If I withhold love I will feel BAD “
Does not mean you are a doormat. Just means you choose your time to express yourself in a calm and caring way.
