Doing or Being

Yes we all have our to-do list  and we do do do all day long going from one task to the other  and checking them off! Check! Done!

We get a lot of “doings” done and we are wonderful and organized  and tired!!!!!

How about adding some “Being” to your day?

  • Stop between 2 doings and sit to breathe consciously down from 30 to 0
  • Sit outside if you can and look around. Listen.
  • 5 minute feeling break. Ask:” what am I feeling right now?” Is there any negativity in me right now?“. if you are feeling worried, rushed, angry or anxious, take a few minutes to TAP  and upgrade your thinking to  something better! Add a touch of gratitude or awe!Take time for Being with your child, your spouse, listen to them, be present.
  • Pray

Doing is important but in the long run, only accumulating “doings” will not make you happy. Taking time for Being reconnecting with your Self and with your loved ones adds that other dimension that makes your life rich and beautiful!
